The Bearded Butchers 21mm Collagen Breakfast Link Casing is sized for making breakfast sausage links with a consistent diameter. These edible, tender collagen casings replace natural casings and require no soaking before stuffing. Each 3-pack contains three casing strands with a combined capacity of approximately 25 lbs of meat and supports stuffing horns up to 7/16″ or 11mm. The casings can be cut or twisted into links and are not intended for hanging in a smokehouse.
